Terms
Effective October 19, 2026 · Last updated October 19, 2026
- Joining is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything, now or later.
- Study Buddy is still being built and isn't open to the public yet. We plan to open it after mid-November, but we can't promise a date. Until then, a small private beta runs by invitation only. Joining the waitlist is how you ask for a spot; it doesn't guarantee one.
- The beta is a test. It may have mistakes, change, pause or stop at any time. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.
- The first families get 3 months free. No card, no payment during those 3 months, and nothing renews on its own. The 3 months start the day the app opens to your family, not the day you join.
- Study Buddy is not medical, therapy or tutoring advice. It doesn't diagnose or treat ADHD, autism, dyslexia or any other condition, and it doesn't replace an IEP, a 504 plan, a teacher or a therapist.
- You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. Please don't give us a child's name, school or diagnosis.
- Your information is handled as our privacy policy says. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
